Dr. Panya's remarkable journey began with 11 years of service in the Navy medical department, followed by 12 years at the Ministry of Public Health. This
extensive experience has made him one of Thailand's foremost experts in disease prevention and healing. His deep commitment to sustainability, full traceability (ensuring control from the beginningto the end), and caring for people's health is evident throughout his journey.
After dedicating over 23 years to government service, Dr. Panya embarked on a new path and founded Saha Farms in 1969. Initially starting with a modest operation of 500 chickens per day, Dr. Panya's determination and commitment to providing food for humanity led Saha Farms to become Thailand's top frozen chicken exporter for many decades. Saha Farms proudly holds the distinction of being the first pioneer in chicken exportation from Thailand, and one of the very few companies in the country that fully integrates the chicken production process. Furthermore, his dedication extends beyond his professional expertise, he genuinely cares about the product he serves and actively works to give an excellent working environment to support his employees.
Our farm located in a remote area, far from any nearby communities. It consists of closed-house designed with a temperature control system and top-tier protective measures, including a compartmentalization system that meets the world biosafety standards.
To maintain a disease free environment within these houses, we have a biosecurity protocol. With a strict screening, all items and people entering the farm are subjected to thorough cleaning and disinfection. Inside, the houses are equipped with a temperature control system that includes an efficient evaporative cooling feature, ensuring our chickens enjoy a comfortable environment. Due to the expansive design of our farm, overcrowding is not an issue, ensuring plenty of space for our chickens to move around freely and stay carefree.
